CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits are NON – REFUNDABLE. We make this non-refundable because our space is limited and we are committing to providing you the highest quality service.
- Any cancellation will result in a loss of the $1000 deposit.
- Any cancellation received in writing 90 DAYS or less BEFORE THE RETREAT will result in a loss of 50% of the total bill
- Any cancellation made in writing after 60 DAYS or less prior to THE RETREAT will result in a 100% loss of the total bill. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it does not meet the property
- Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended whenever making travel plans.
